Truck Collection We have allocated pickup times for morning and afternoon collections. These are at half hour intervals between 8-10am, and 4-6pm respectively. We provide this structure for each customer to allow us to detail rental requirements and to demonstrate the vehicle features and procedures. As this process affects all customers, we ask that you attend at your allocated time promptly. In some cases, we can release outside of these times. Please contact us for further information. 'Anytime' Rental ReturnsWe have a flexible 'anytime' returns process where you can return at a convenient time for you, within the hire period. We provide you with the procedure when you collect your rental, allowing you to better plan your move.

Security Bond For insurance requirements, all customers are required to provide a $250 bond. The bond is required to cover any extra charges or loss/damage of provided equipment. When the vehicle is returned and checked in, our team will confirm that all items provided with the vehicle are returned and undamaged. If any loss or damage are noted, you will be contacted to rectify the fault. Any replacement cost can be taken from the bond prior to refunding. Your bond will be refunded generally within 48 hours of return. Trips where tolls are likely may take up to 72 hours to allow for supplier toll systems.

Cancellations We require more than 48 hours notice when cancelling a booking to avoid any charges. The following fees may be charged at our discretion: * Notice between 24-48 hours: $50.00 * Notice within 24 hours: Hire charges for the hire period (unless we are able to rent the truck to another renter for an equivalent term and rate). Please also note that we do not process any pro-rata refund for partial day rentals or early returns.

All prices quoted are GST inclusive. We do not charge any other fees, such as registration recovery, or premium location, etc - what you see is what you pay.
All vehicles are comprehensively insured with a standard insurance excess of $7,500 payable. This excess can be reduced to $2,500 for a fee per the above.
Due to insurance requirements, all drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 75, and have held their Australian driver's licence for more than two years.
We accept payment by Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard Debit/Credit and cash.
For insurance purposes, we are required to obtain copies of three forms of ID ("100 points"): * An Australian driver’s licence * Medicare Card * Credit or Debit card Your details will be stored securely at all times. If you are unable to provide all of the above documents, please contact us to discuss alternate forms of identification.
